R.S. Service, a company in the province of Bergamo specialising in the supply of mechanical fastening systems for various applications, offers a wide range of fasteners, threaded weld pins, smooth pins, bushes, insul pins and fastons. The pins to be welded and the bushes are made of different materials: copper-plated iron, AISI 304 stainless steel, AIMg3 aluminium and CuZn37 brass.
The threaded pins and the bushes can be used with condenser discharge welders allowing a resistant fixing and a watertight seal, without underestimating the aesthetic quality of the application since the opposite part of the welded part remains without deformation.
Characteristics of weld studs
The weld pins are used for resistant and watertight fastenings and are used
on metal parts by capacitor discharge welding.
Our weld studs are an Italian product and partly of German import to safeguard the best quality levels. Ask our technicians for advice on choosing the right welding machine for your applications.
